The Mahayuti alliancefb899, comprising the BJP, Shiv Sena, and NCP, is set for a landslide victory in the Maharashtra Assembly Election Results 2024. Voting for all 288 assembly constituencies across the state was held in a single phase on November 20.
For the 2024 assembly polls, Maharashtra recorded its highest-ever voter turnout since 1995 at 65.11 percent. In 1995, Maharashtra saw a turnout of 71 percent, which then proceeded to decline in the years that followed.
The Path To The Maharashtra Poll VerdictIn Maharashtra, the key battle for the assembly is between the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance and the Maha Vikas Aghadi, comprising Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and Sharad Pawar’s Nationalist Congress Party.
